Silicone Arts Laboratories (SAL) makes and markets products that enhance physical appearances. The company combines the science of a molecular biologist, the creativity of a Hollywood special-effects artist, and the marketing magic of a growth consultancy to commercialize revolutionary appearance-enhancement products.
SAL consists of talent from the Memphis-based firms of the Southern Growth Studio and Silicone Ocular. The Southern Growth Studio is a strategic growth firm. Silicone Ocular develops appearance enhancement products invented by Hollywood special-effects artist Matt Singer.
Our Products
Currently, SAL is marketing and distributing two products:
AeXP stands for Anatomical Eye – Experimental, and is designed as a training aid for eye surgeons. Made of silicone, AeXP is the only precise replica of a human eye developed for the medical training and medical device testing market.
Dermaflage is a topical scar filler that conceals indented scars for up to 36 hours. Designed for consumer ease of use, Dermaflage provides a cosmetic option for concealing recessed scars and skin defects on the face and body without surgery or injections. The first topical dermal filler on the market, Dermaflage fills skin indentions without detection. This break-through cosmetic is ideal for hiding scars resulting from many types of acne, chicken pox, bite marks, cancer, and surgeries such as c-sections.
